Since you mentioned math, why not use the Arabic alphabet?

You mean Alif, Baa and Taa? Definitely not good

I must be missing something here. Why are you linking me to a study aid on the Greek alphabet? Although I don't speak the actual language, I can assure you that unless some new letters are up for consideration to be added very soon, I already know how it goes (it's a mathematics thing) and my sims have already used them all, some of them multiple times for Jrs and IIIs, etc. Can we get a simmer from Greece to confirm for us that there aren't really any new letters on the slate for release? :p

If I don't come up with a better idea pretty soon, and I'm sure I will as this one is awful, the triplets will be named Hydrogen, Helium, and Lithium. :/

I like the sound of Lithium for a name, if I don't consider the meaning, lol.

Maybe you could transition to the military phonetic alphabet. There are a couple repeats between military phonetic and the Greek alphabet (Alpha, Delta) which is why I thought of it, and perhaps names like Bravo, Tango and Echo would be suitable?

Or you could try simple Greek words if you wanted to continue with that theme instead. Greek days of the week, months of the year, etc. Ena, Dio, Tria (one, two, three) could be fitting for triplets. xD

This is a good idea! Thanks :)

  • Ethos,Pathos,Logos (Triplet Boys)
    Athena,Apollo (Twin Boy and Girl)
    Hera and Hestia (Twin Girls)
Damien and Danielle (Twin Boy and Girl)
    Bailey and Riley (Twin Boys)
  • >:) Clotho, Lachesis and Atropos? (female) Hehehehe...
Kronos, Methos, Silas and Caspian (Highlander's 4 Horsemen) - on the off-chance that the fertility drugs work a little too well and you have quadruplets. :p
  • My current household has many multiples. It is seeming to be genetic.
The parents had 3 multiples and 1 single:
Larkhill & Goldeen, Jayden (single), Evelyn & Elijah, Alexander & Ailieah
Alex had 2 multiples for the next gen:
Matthew & Marissa & Margaret the only triplets, Lola & Logan
Curious if Logan will have multiples.
Also I wish I had done the same letter names with Larkhill and Goldeen as they stick out now, but it didn't occur to me back then and I really enjoy doing same letter now.
  • My Sims' triplets are:

    Benjamin, Lucas, and Jared.

I had only been planning on twins, and had the first two names picked out. When there was a third boy, I was like oh no!, and just finally named him after his father's brother Jared.
  • I don't seem to get many sets of twins in TS3 but they turned up quite regularly in TS2. Among my favourites were Sebastian and Tarquin :D :D Baby Doll did produce twins in one of the games I lost when the laptop caught fire. Roxanne and Daisy if I remember correctly. But I do like the suggestion of Thing 1 and Thing 2 :)
  • I usually name triplets/twins same as my other sims, which is, I try and name every generation after the next letter of the alphabet, and make their first vowel of the name go alphabetically too. Like for example (not names I normaly use though) Aaron, Aeris, Aine, or Bailey, Bella, Bianca, and so on.
So considering my short attention span, I would never end up with a name like Hyperion, because that would indicate like, 8th generation, 6th born.
On a side note, my friend is wearing a "Thing 2" shirt today. I of course asked why his girlfriend was not wearing "Thing 1" shirt. :D
