I discovered Jules was carrying a piece of uncut Tiberium in her inventory. She wasn't showing any ill effects yet - but I decided not to take chances and got her to cut it in the gem cutting machine.

Then she took it to the surface and placed it onto a shelf in one of the huts. She also got two piles of Tiberium gem dust from the process and added them to the shelf too.

She should get around 40,000 simoleans from each pile of gem dust and the spire cut tiberum after they have matured.
It's a shame they aren't in need of the money. This household is extremely wealthy now due to their basement garden and all of the Humble Harvest stands around town where Maggie has been consigning her harvestables.
