When I moved Annie and Heather's dog, Ancha, into Heather's house I discovered Heather had a visitor. Marcie, her old nanny who later married Heather's father was visiting.
Heather strongly dislikes her mother Patience because of what happened with her father, Marty. She was raised by Marcie and has a strong bond with her.
Here is Marcie's family tree.

Note the ghosts at the top of her family tree. I made them to give Marcie a relationship to Moira Hayes.
This is Marcie. She is now an elder. She was an adult when her husband was still a young adult so Marty is still an adult. He has a way to go before becoming an elder.

Marcie and Marty had a son, Mark soon after they decided to marry.
Much later, after they had moved to Dragon Valley, they decided to have a larger family. They then had twin girls who were quickly followed by twin boys.
They had a fixer-upper car in their home in Dragon Valley.

They autonomously fixed it up very quickly and mostly left it sit in the driveway.
Marcie and Marty autonomously gave it a lot of use while that car was parked in their driveway and I think at least one of the sets of twins was conceived in that car.
Needless to say, Marcie and Marty have a very close and loving marriage.
Their son Mark is married to Maria and they have two toddlers. Both of this couple have the Family Oriented trait and Maria wants to raise five children so I suspect they will be having more babies.

Maria is a sim from my library. I made her back in 2009.
Patience and Marcie were also Sims from my library and I made them soon after Sims 3 was first released.
Marty was made a few years later and is also from my library.
I made Marcie's ghostly parents and grand parents recently to make a link between her and Moira. Moira is a copy of a made over Marcie.
Marcie and Maria were both made for different games involving Patience having a large family and needing a live in babysitter/nanny. Previous games have not involved the numbers of children in this game.
