Directly across the street, at No 9 Birch Road live the Burbs.
The Burbs were in Sunset Valley (2nd Edition Final). They were familiar to me from The Sims. Jennifer was there as a child with her parents Jeff and Dianne Pleasant.
The reason I moved the Burbs to Twin Towns is they have a teenage daughter, Lorena. Lorena was at toddler school and she attended the children's school too. She still needs to do the teenage part of boarding school.
I wasn't happy with they hair or outfits the game had given her when she aged up so the first things I did was to give her a makeover.
I particularly hated her hair. I don't know why it is but I do not like this hair on a teen.

I left her with statement hair - that I personally can live with.

After fixing her hair problem I changed her default outfits. I kept her everyday outfit except for the shoes. I gave her some flat sandals. She is a very young teen.
The house I built for this family is on a split level block.
The house is particularly ugly and unsuitable for them and I don't feel inclined to decorate it.
I will most likely bulldoze it and start again at some stage. In the meantime they have a roof over their heads and they have the minimum household contents for them to survive as sims in this game.
