Twin Towns

I have now continued with the game. And due to my usual practice I have done exactly what I said I didn't want to do and haven't got around to much of what I said I did want to do.

The thing I did do was move Annie in with Bob Koffi. Bob was living in a 3 bedroom house with just himself and Harry plus a plumbot with its own charging station. Annie has a comfortable room all to herself. At Heather's place she had nowhere to sleep as I had so far failed to complete the extensions of Heather's house.

Annie and Bob are no longer showing as romantic interests but I thought if they are living in the same house they might get to know each other again and things might happen. I've left them to it.

Then I thought I'd check on Gobias and Haley.

I wanted Haley to have more babies but not necessarily with Gobias.

Haley has had a love interest since she met Aaron Finnegan when the game was in Dragon Valley. He is the husband of her half-sister, Gabbi. I have discouraged any interactions between Haley and Aaron but they are still love interests.

I decided Haley needed another daughter and the only way I know of to get girl babies for sure in this game is to do the instant baby thing using the mod. So I did that and used Gobias as the donor. I've tried the watermelon trick and it has resulted in more boys being born.

Gobias collected baby Jaimie from the doorstep where she appeared. I'm not sure where Haley was at this time.

Then I thought that was too easy and told Haley to try for baby with Gobias and she became pregnant.

There was the baby music and I knew she was pregnant.

This effort must have taken a lot out of Gobias because I decided he was too young and aged him to an elder.

They were both very obliging and didn't need telling twice to do this.

Then I went into options and reduced the number of days an elder is supposed to live for. I want more babies in this game and need to clear out a few of the elders. I thought I can increase the elder lifespan later on as medical science improves. But it won't be until a lot of the current group of Adults has died of old age as there are so many of them.

I left Haley and Gobias for a while and went to build some quick houses.

When I checked back on them Haley was getting close to giving birth.

They live in a tiny 1bed 1 bath house. It is very difficult to find a place to put the cot needed for their toddler daughter, Kathleen.

Now they have a new baby girl and another one on the way.

Gobias is being very attentive and went about teaching Kathleen to walk and talk.

Haley was thinking about other things. She called Aaron and invited him out on a date.

Aaron was happy to meet her they met at the Magic Gnome's Magical Treasure Park.

They chatted for a while and he was hungry.

Haley stood and waited for him to eat. Then he went into a more secluded spot and she went to him. Luckily she did this autonomously as I had no idea where he was. They chatted and kissed a bit and he had to go to work and she went home.

I told Haley to sleep and then she was standing beside the bed giving birth to a son, Graeme.

(I am trying to give Gobias's children names starting with G but I don't always do that if the game suggests a different name I don't mind using.)

Now as soon as baby Graeme was safely delivered, Haley needed a sleep.

Gobias got to thinking and he wasn't getting any younger and Haley seemed to be losing interest so he thought he'd strike while the iron was hot - so to speak.

He woke Haley and asked her to try for baby. She obliged. There was no music and I decided not to risk another try for baby just in case it worked. Their little house was bulging and there was no where to put another cot.

At this point I annihilated a few sims and made some room around town.

I try to keep at least one tiny apartment empty just in case I need to temporarily park a family while I move another household. However story progression constantly breaks up existing households to make sure there is never any empty homes.

I made an extra 10x10 lot in the wilderness and added a few items to it to sustain life. I hope SP doesn't fill it with a household.

I moved them all into the boarding school. I added three young adults from my beach house and two other toddlers that needed training.
