Twin Towns

I placed my Gondola Venue into the empty 64x64 lot in Oasis Landing.

After their day's working on their sculpting, inventing and science skills I sent them to the gondola lot to have a little fun - and to work on their relationship.

The reason I have sent them into the future is to give them a chance to get to know each other well enough to get married.

Then I'll be able to move them out of the boarding school and move a new young adult in.

They enjoyed a ride on the carousel at the gondola venue.

I was planning to get them to ride the gondola but someone else was using it. I didn't want to wait for the gondola to be free so I sent them to another venue. It turned out to be the mine venue.

Eddie immediately decided to become obsessed with the dumpster and went dumpster diving.

Chris played pool with someone she met inside until Eddie dragged himself away from the dumpster and they did some slow dancing.

They ignored the paparazzi.

Eventually they decided they needed a change of scene and returned to the gondola lot - where they had a better chance for some romance.

They missed out on the gondola ride again.

They had each other and didn't need the gondola to make them romantic and happy together.

Eventually they felt the need for a little refreshment and visited the underground restaurant where they shared a pot of tea.

There is a bar with a dance floor next to the restaurant underground at the gondola lot.

After they finished drinking their tea they tried some more slow dancing at the underground bar.

It was morning by now and they decided it was time to go home.

When they got home Chris asked Eddie to go steady.

He agreed.

Then Eddie asked Chris to marry him. I was so happy at this point as it was all going so smoothly.

I wanted to take them home as soon as possible. Therefore it was obvious their wedding should happen immediately. They didn't have anyone to invite as they'd not gone out to meet their descendants or any one else in Oasis Landing.

There is a wedding arch at the Gondola Lot so they went there for their wedding.

I chose casual outfits and the bride and groom had bare feet for their wedding among the carpet of flowers at the wedding arch.

They decided to celebrate with a gondola ride.

The gondola was in use. This time they waited for it to be free.

They kept themselves busy while they waited - the other option was for them to go underground and play with the arcade machines or read a book. I was determined they were going to ride the gondola this time.

Next thing they went back to Twin Towns and the boarding school.

Eddie needs to max his Advanced Technology skill to achieve his Lifetime Wish. He is almost at level 5. Chris has already achieved her LTW. When Eddie has got his LTW I'll move them out to a house that is occupied by a lonely single sim and move her into the boarding school.

There are no students in the boarding school at the moment as they have all achieved their skills and gone home. A new group will soon be moved in.
