Twins or Triplets...

I have 2 couples living on my lot. I gave all 4 the fertility treatment. Haven't had a single birth since - that would be...5 pregnancies between both couples: 2 sets of triplets and 3 sets of twins.

I think I'm going to use Master Controller to remove the fertility LTR. :P

I found out--by accident--another way to have twins: give the female a romantic massage on the Infinite Zen massage table (Serenity Retreat). I had my couple Try for a Baby after this massage. THEN I noticed the lady had a High Fertility moodlet. I looked online, and sure enough, that's what happens. And on top of that, she now has the Fertility Treatment lifetime award permanently too--from that massage table, not by choice!

When I saw all of this, I almost went back to an earlier save because I really didn't want twins. But I stuck it out since I'd never had twins in a Sims game. And yes, she did have twin girls.

I get twins/triplets all the time when either parent has the fertility treatment.

Although, I did make a mother eat watermelon through her whole pregnancy because I wanted a girl(s) and the first baby born was boy. I was really disappointed then she had two girls. I was so happy. This mother "needed" girls because she already had a boy :D Triplets are definitely a good challenge. I haven't used elixirs much in my game. I will have to give this a go around. 8)

The Fertility Treatment lifetime reward is enough to give your sims multiples, or listening to kids radio or watching kid channel. Reading the pregnancy books doesnt effect the number of babies born. Reading the pregnancy books gives your sim a good pregnancy and allows you choose the two traits that the baby is born with. I have never tried the Procreation Elixir, I have made a mental note to try that in future.

My sims had triplets without using a mod, elixirs or the fertility treatment. My sims are just super baby makers :lol:

Both of my fairy sims ended up with triplets and they didnt have fertility treatment :/

My sims are amazing at having twins/triplets. Every generation i have, get at least one set of them which is sometimes very inconvenient due to I only tend to play 3/4 children and they always have them when im on the third child meaning i end up with more children then i wanted. Worse thing is my sims dont have to do anything and they end up with them but usually i will use fertility treatment if i am wanting twins/triplets....

I have the fertility treatment and it still didn’t work. On another household my sims won’t even try for a baby. But also where is the Elixir and everything
