That error happens in game when the device config file is missing or blank.. Now did you happen to edit any of the SGR FILES by any chance?
Also your drivers might not be up to date: Driver Date/Size: 12/6/2013 22:01:5
Also i would completely wipe the pc of nvidia.. since you have ATI there is no need to keep anything nvidia.
