I tried to use the Windows Experience Index to see how my computer is performing and before the test would run fine and I would get a good score.
But now a window pops up saying "The Windows Experience Index for your system could not be computed. Could not measure video playback performance."
Sure enough I tried to play a video through Windows Media Player and there's sound but no video just a black screen. I played a film through iTunes and there's sound again, and video but it is really laggy and bad quality.
Could this be related to my problem ?
