Unable to start game. Device 0 cannot run this title

Ok thanks, and I was careful to make copies of the sgr files before changing them so I have the originals so that isn't a problem and it could be that its broken but wouldn't that cause other problems? In device manager it says that both of the graphics cards are working properly.
