Unable to start game. Device 0 cannot run this title

Hello!
Yeah, it isn't brilliant but it suits my needs (provided i can get Sims working of course!). Like I said I don't mind using lower settings, just to be able to play at all would be good enough. I have done the optional step but as I can't get past the launcher Sims never shows up. And I have already attempted a factory reset as well unfortunately :/
