Sorry that did not seem to provide any form of relief, but am not sure if you want to continue troubleshooting this as you are awaiting the arrival of your more suitable replacement card. Still not clear on if you are supposed to have dual graphics there. Meaning, is there an Intel (or some other) integrated chip on this system board or not?
The lack of free space on C is not optional to fix, or at least that's the way I look at it. I wouldn't even dare to launch a web browser running from a drive that has insufficient space to work with. I would aim for at least 35 GB free there, a bit more if possible. At the time of the dxdiag you only had 13 GB.
