EA had started cracking down on retailers last year for selling illegal game codes. Rumor is the codes were stolen from EA . Your only way of getting reimbursed for the illegal codes is to contact the seller you bought them from. You would have to buy legal codes from EA directly or from an authorized seller to replace the illegal codes.. There is nothing we can do to help you here in the forum with this issue. Sorry for the bad news
PS I believe that CS rep is wrong. EA would have taken the codes away from you for being illegal, not the seller. I don't think ea would have a way of knowing who you bought them from originally.
