Are you certain that you were "banned" from customer support live chat? It's likely only going to be available during certain hours and those would depend on one's country and time zone. Right now it's a Saturday evening in the US.
But yes, seems to me that a higher level or more informed support rep should be able to clear the Origin block you have on those packs regardless of what the source of the codes was so that you can repurchase them.
