Wall Speakers on Park Lots

I've been cutting back on the number of edits. I now know it must have something to do with the speakers. I've tried just adding speakers, but I can't exit the lot to get back to Edit Town. Just adding the speakers, the program stalls andthe screen still reads "Loading..." for an extended time. I have to use Task Manager to close it. A reminder, it is a park lot, not a bar lot. Just for reference the lot I'm trying to modify is New B. Bay Wedding Park. It's is good for a wedding and a reception after. I often play with musicians and they can play at the reception as well.
