Wasn't Able to Access NRAAS Forums Directly

I tried posting this on the NRAAS website, but I couldn't retrieve my login information because I couldn't receive a password email for some reason. Anywho, I just recently reinstalled the sims 3 and the following NRAAS mods: careers, master controller, story progression, cheats, w**h**er (in case that goes against site rules). I basically want to make it so that no one outside whatever household I'm currently playing can quit or progress with their job, gain new skills, move, or form romantic relationships. I've perused the different settings quite a bit but I just end up confused and it's hard to find a guide that covers exactly what I'm looking for. Please and Thank you. :)
