WCIF homes for 30 x 30 lots with no CC

I just started playing Sims 3 again after several years of not playing it (PC issues). I have been working on a Master Save for Sunset Valley. I'm about done with all of what I'm going to add (commercial lots). I do play with NRaas, for the Story Progression. This means that the town always runs out of enough homes with enough beds. I have found seven 30 x 30 empty lots, I would love to add homes to those lots, with enough beds to sleep up to 8 sims, thank goodness for bunk beds, lol. The type of homes I'm looking for would be for an average earning family and no CC. Something that looks like it would fit the Sunset Valley home style.

Or if you know of a link that would take me to a site that would help me in locating some homes would be ok too. :)
