Does weekly specials ever change? :/

- They're suppose to but the Sales Page has been broken since October of 2016. So it's been stuck on the same items since then.
- The best thing that I can tell you is to check out the Daily Deals thread also located in this section. Granted it's the same DD list that's been going on since September 2014 since EA has no plans on changing it. But it's still useful for those looking for any type of discounts on some of the stuff on the store... :)

You're welcome... :) No there isn't a list for the make me on offer page as it goes by what you don't own. Take for an example, if you own a standard store world, it will offer you the gold version of the world and vice versa. Of course I wish they would fix it to reflect the fact that if you own the gold version of the world, then it shouldn't offer the standard version since you're not getting anything new with the standard version.
