Weird diagonal lines on certain elements.

Hi everyone,

I'm having this issue in my Sims game where my game will display weird, diagonal lines in Build Buy mode, on the little pictures on the bottom. they also seem to flicker a little. How is this possible?
I'll show a picture when I start up my game.

Also, the same kinda line is on my build buy catalog. I can't screen cap it, but I tried mimicking it with Paint, see below:

Can anyone tell me what can possibly cause this, and if it is reversable?

    You might be able to get rid of the lines by enabling Anti-aliasing at the graphics driver level, at least if you have an Nvidia card. These AA settings work for some people but not others:

    Antialiasing - FXAA: On
    Antialiasing - Gamma correction: On
    Antialiasing - Mode: Override any Application Setting
    Antialiasing - Setting: 2x

    To reach these settings, you'd right-click on the desktop, select the Nvidia Control Panel, then Manage 3D settings > Program settings, then choose ts3.exe for an Origin install or ts3w.exe (with the w) for a disc or Steam install.

    @Jean I'm seeing more of that (on beds and showers mostly, I think, but not on the catalog). I think it's due to gpu driver updates but am not entirely sure. Others have mentioned it elsewhere lately, too.
