What are some of the weirdest/scariest/most disturbing glitches you've had?

One that I'm having right now, It is pretty creepy, I just have a white box and I'm confused what it is, I don't want to press it cause last time that happened my baby was "Whisked away" so I'm pretty scared to press it, It always happens when my cat runs away, I have my cc turned off aswell so that shouldn't be glitching out my game? Idk I've not pressed it yet and I'm just creeped out by it.

Also the deformed dog issue, heck is that creepy. but it's patched now. (I'm on sims 4 by the way)
