Yes, @igazor that is the information I read (along with feedback on Story Progression from the Forums). I wanted to install that mod only because I like to give the townies a makeover, majority of the townies would be Sims that I've created. So when a Sim that I favored but do not control becomes a chef, rather than the doctor I planned for him to become, I get bummed because I don't get to see the Sims live out their lives as planned. And I read that you could control whom dates whom, Sims getting pregnant, and Sims getting jobs that are actually relevant to their skills and traits. To me, that's too AWESOME!
