What Are The Best Setting For NRAAS Relativity Mod?

One thing I've noticed is that the more you slow down time, the longer it takes for your sim's car or bicycle to start moving once they've gotten in/on it. It seems as though the game is programmed to give it a certain amount of sims time before going. If you set relativity to stop time altogether, they will never get anywhere in their vehicles, they'll just sit there.
