What Are The Best Setting For NRAAS Relativity Mod?

@thesimsserbia - Let's back up a bit and start with a threshold question. Are you actually playing TS3 or TS4? NRaas mods are for TS3 only.

NRaas mods provide options through in-game menus on sims, lots, objects, City Hall, and in-game computers. Not from the cheats console. Relativity's menus are on City Hall and computers, as well as on in-game clocks, same menus in each place. NRaas > Relativity > Set Speed > 19 (or whatever value you prefer).
