So the manufacturer of my PC told me I needed to create a windows installation media and reinstall windows. Little did I know when I selected my external hard drive, it would wipe all my files off my external to make room for the windows. So I lost ALL my cc I had backup and save files.

Mspoodle has several items replacements in the Overrides folder (toilet brush, plunger, newspaper texture, wrench, screwdriver, hammer, soccer ball, kicky bag, homework, clothes bag, sponge, rake, children's rake, pet brush, litter scoop, and much more)
Mspoodle also has items for the Packages folder (hay litter box, cat toys, a chew bone, and rope collars for dogs)

There are many creators on Mod the Sims. Callia-Evergreen has some baggy pants, Heaven has a nightdress for men and some Scottish-style clothing, Kiara24 has clothing for men, children, and teens, and a gown for ladies, Lois99 has a playable harp, ModestPixels has a clothesline replacement, Nylaba has a bee tree replaces the beekeeper box, Merrye Makers is a group of Simmers who have baby furniture, chamber pot, clothing for all, cupboards, shelves, and lighting) - this hardly covers a small part of what is available on Mod the Sims.
A search on Mod the Sims - medieval came up with 211 medieval items on 11 pages. - Zoe22 on MTS has a functional washboard (washtub) converted from Sims 4. This is one of my favorite downloads from there.
