What do you do with your Simoleons?

My sims keep getting richer and richer but there's nothing I want to spend the money on. It's not that I want to hoard the money but that I am not interested in investing in real estate or businesses. I only ever remember to buy a car for my sims when the first child becomes a teen and wants to learn how to drive. Before I installed Generations and teens didn't need to learn how to drive I would never have bothered with a car at all. The only time I buy new things is when my sims roll wishes to buy something worth X simoleons or when I have installed a new Store set that has an item I want to try out.
