Other: Use it to slowly build a house.If I get 300 simoleans will buy like 2 single wall sections and if the next day get a few hundred more repeat till have a starting little box to live in.Eventually adding here and there randomly to see what I end up with.Along the way will suffer without things cause you save a ton of money waiting for that 9 or 10 sleep energy score bed than you do buying and selling cheaper ones.
Will do without a shower for example and clean up at the gym etc till can buy that good 3K simolean shower.The only thing I do like early is that uber cheap Suite Dreams double bed it came with Showtime that only costs 560 simoleans it has a sleep energy rating of 7 so is a good investment even starting poor.
