What do you do with your Simoleons?

I might do all of the above since I play entire towns of sims and many will end up slowly building their houses on empty lots while others living in tiny huts on tiny lots will often save their money up to buy a bigger lot and move there to upgrade to a larger home.I also made cloned EA buy mode objects as non-default CC in buy mode with new pricing making it much cheaper for starter sims.They have to upgrade to be able to get better color choices.
