What do you feed your sims?
I'm sure it varies depending on the game, but in your current save, what do you give your sims? At least the ones you like; I'm sure someone here will describe force-feeding a neglected stepchild bur...

I do a mixture of highest quality meals and the sims favorite food. I always make at least one or two of my sims have a high enough cooking skill that they can make excellent-perfect quality meals. Then I have that sim prepare the favorite meal of at least one of the sims eating for each mealtime.
