What have you done to Sims 3 Townies and NPC Sims (with or without CC)? (Any World)

I normally don't take pictures of the townies I make over, I just let them run free, satisfied that they are no longer spreading any hideous genes throughout my towns. However I did once post a picture of Chauncey Grim from Moonlight Falls because he has beautiful eyes.
I just put a different hair on him, fixed a wonky eye corner and reduced his nose tip a bit. Other than that he's just as EA made him. He just needed a good hairstylist and better facial hair.
