What is the first LTR you usually give your sims?

I almost always give my sims steel bladder first since I'm not interested in them taking the time to relieve themselves or to unclog and or clean the toilet.

Steel bladder because I have no fun in sending my sim to the toilet (other need bars I leave alone: hunger and sleeping). One exception: when I played a homeless sim. Because finding a place to go to the toilet was part of the fun/challenge with him.

I tend to buy Simmunity first, because it is comparatively cheaper than many other LTRs I use (think collection helper, extra creative, dirt defiant etc). The reason I specifically choose Simmunity over immunity to temperature is because I personally find sickness and allergies rather annoying (because of the relatively long-lasting negative moodlets they give).

I also leave the other needs bars alone. If I ever play a homeless sim that would make sense as part of the challenge.

I usually cheat to get steel bladder. The other rewards I usually earn. My second choice is usually observant for making friends and then Simmunity. I like immune to heat for vampires. :)

I usually first do the objects when I start a new game.

Steel bladder, after that often fast learner, long distance friend or no bills (if they live alone and don't have it yet) For adventurers prepared traveler is also a quick choice.

"Inappropriate in a good way" :D That way my sims can do whatever they want when they go to another sims house.

The majority of the time, the first LTR I want is one of these (also Artisan Crafter and Acclaimed Author). But quite often, my sim children will accomplish their LTWs before they age up to teen, and these rewards aren't available yet. So when I know that I've saved up enough to buy the relevant one after the child's birthday, I'll get them Steel Bladder first. Also, if they're not going to be making arts or crafts, Multi-tasker might be at the top of my wishlist (meet new friends and talk to friends become more efficient, even though the "experience" gains are unnecessary in elementary school), followed by Steel Bladder and then Attractive when they age up.
