Long Distance Friend. I know that managing potential relationship decay is every bit as much part of the game to balance as bladder, hunger, and the other motives are, and it doesn't really take much effort to text one's friends now and then to keep in touch, but returning to a household I haven't played in a long while after rotating around through the others I play in turn only to find that they no longer know any of their friends, and seeing them suffer continuously with negative moodlets due to friend loss when there wasn't much I could do to prevent it as I wasn't even controlling them, is painful and not a fun part of the game for me.
But I really should have said Other, since Inappropriate But In a Good Way is almost a given even for the sims I never play but have over to the house. If a guest wants to take a shower in the middle of the day and then clean the bathroom, I am certainly not interested in stopping them or calling them rude and inappropriate (although in real life, chances are I would end up cleaning again after they finished...the bathroom I mean, not the guest, but depends on who they are). And if my sims want to do the same when they are guests themselves, again by all means. :)
Fireproof Homestead is also (almost) a given, but only one member of each household at a time needs to have that one.
