The worst trait is Meanspirited for me. :D I have meanspirited sim and he enjoys pointing his family with his finger for insulting. But good point is that meanspirited sims can BEAT UP the burglars. ...

I don’t mind Bot Fan. My Sims with that trait haven’t worn the cardboard costume much. It’s useful for learning the Bot Building skill faster.
Worst trait… probably just the normal negative ones like Mean Spirited or Evil or whatever. I don’t particularly have a “worst” trait, but there are many I haven’t really used. My Sims often tend to have similar traits… :D They’re never the same as each other.
