I voted for Sunset Valley because it has multiple lots that give the beautiful vista moodlet. Almost voted for Twinbrook.
I like most of these worlds mainly because I have no problem removing venues. clubs, hangouts, firestations, or any other lot I don't plan on using. Also I will customize the remaining lots to get what I want, using combo structures and freeing up some lots to add missing community lots.
