what just happened..
I've been doing this legacy for three in-game days.. and this just happened.. I should be excited but now I feel like the challenge is pointless, why couldn't this happen in my regular gameplay LOL ...

My sim visited the city hall in Oasis Landing to steal the record of the past lotto. He wanted to purchase the Prosper Room Lounge for his Lifetime wish. He got the positive moodlet about the lotto, and purchased 5 tickets of lotto in Bridgeport. Then finally! he won the lotto..!! …..won about 52,000 simoleons… He was able to buy only Waylon’s bar.. includes his whole housefunds. He had about 70k household funds. He made this funds from working as a mixologist. I expected the 1 million but hard luck…now I’m jealous. :D

Now I understand why my sim got only this prize from stealing the record of the past lottery in the future to see the chart @InfraGreen shows. My sim's advanced technology skill was only level 2 with no lucky trait. LOL
