Neutral, but with a benevolent leaning. I don't interfere with random chance no matter how miserable it makes my sims, but I generally guide them along a path that keeps them very happy and satisfied. All the trappings of being benevolent, short of interfering with random bad-stuff. Have to admit I rather enjoy when any random things happen, which is the main reason I felt I needed to make my vote "neutral".
