I do see sims in groups pushed to venues for no apparent reason only to turn around and go back, but in much smaller numbers and not as consistently as described. It puzzles me on the Graveyard in Bridgeport in particular because there is a LN bar on that lot several stories down, so why not have a drink if it's still open for business or do something else down there while visiting? I've also seen this happen with pubs (bars, with or without the actual bartender staffing anything) in other worlds. One or two households in Dragon Valley like to visit one of the bars there as a household group before work/school very early every morning. There are things to do on that lot even when the bar isn't staffed yet, but all they do is look around and then go home again. I don't mind this kind of thing in small doses because it makes the town look more busy, with a few sims on a mission (to do nothing apparently) routing around to different parts of town all hours of the day and night. I don't know if NRaas GoHere plays a role in these seemingly pointless pushes to lots or if it's the game itself doing that, but again it all just kind of adds to the general ambiance of a world.
In WA worlds, I often see inactive local residents routing back and forth between the ancient tomb lots again all hours of the day and night for no apparent reason. This is more obvious to see with NRaas Tagger's sim tags all switched on because so many of these lots are in far away, difficult to get to places so a sim or two wandering through the desert for example on a regular basis is easy to spot. And in those cases the routing just kinds of adds to the mystery and intrigue of the world, plus it accentuates the fact that many of the residents there don't have much to do with their time unless we give them jobs or role positions of some sort.
I'm pretty sure that this will be met by some level of resistance. But when a venue pulls in every single available age appropriate sim every single night, whether it be to arrive, turn around, and go home or try to do something else once there, I would regard that obscenely high level of push (pull) as something that was not intended. Or not wanted (by me) anyway. I find it difficult to believe that the game's programmers would have put such a feature in on purpose. If tuning the Venues XML proves to be too complicated, this is just me but I would probably turn to other solutions such as by fencing off the Graveyard and putting time sensitive entry gates on the lot by way of the current version of NRaas GoHere or by finding other ways to restrict access. The result may well be that everyone in town routes to the City Hall or Hospital and back at that time instead, just to teach me some sort of lesson, but it would be interesting to see what the effect would be regardless.
