If you have Ambitions sometimes your doctor will get opportunities to go out into the community and diagnose and treat people.
Otherwise its a rabbit hole career at the hospital.
I picked Stylist because I love dressing up the sims in various outfits that are way better than the default they start in. And yes I'm still secure in my masculinity. :D :D :D
