Where are instruments for children?
I cant found at buy mode the instuments for children, to increase instrumental skills I want to start a new game, since the savegame where my twins Celina and Celeste was toddler, as I want to rais...

I'm pretty sure what @CalvinBruce_uk said above is correct.
As for the child guitar player, I use a mod that allows for this. They can even jam with another musician. You don't see the guitar skill on the child's skill tab until they age up, but I can see the level with MasterController and one of mine is at Level 6 already. Biggest downside is the animations are all wrong. While playing the guitar, the child appears too tall and all stretched out -- it's not pretty, but they revert to their proper selves as soon as they stop playing.

A child can also attend a specialty music school (no stretching involved) and slowly pick up the skill that way. Requires the NRaas Careers base mod plus the Schools add-on module.
