Where on earth is the dumpster?
All I'm trying to do is add a dumpster to a community lot for something and I cannot find it in any of the build or buy menus, even with buydebug on. Can anyone please tell me where it is?

It's in the buy catalog. Choose Sort by Function > Decor > Miscellaneous Decor. The cost is $669, so it's near the bottom.
