Which TS3 world has your favorite premade families?

I'm a huge premade family fan.
So I was wondering which TS3 world(DLC and Store worlds included) has your favorite premade families? And why do you like those specific premades so much?

  • @ItsJanier - The Single Moms Household is great fun with Molly who is a slob and River who is neat. I'm sure there's clashes everywhere. :D

River doesn't look like much when you first meet her as a teen: She looks like your typical mousy teenager, not much in the looks department and wearing frumpy clothing.

But if you look beyond initial appearances...

When she ages up to young adult.

...and work a little CC magic on her. :D CC-eyes, CC-hair and a little make-up. No manipulating of facial structure...all her facial features are hers from in-game. You really begin to see the beauty inside.

...and then there's my real life wife...who when I created her "simself" turned into this...

    Her sim is pretty much a dead-ringer for my real-life wife (@Featherbelle ) . :)

Rules on the board don't allow me to post a comparison shot...

@ZeeGee , I could have predicted you, @Nikkei_Simmer and @CravenLestat , we are creatures of habit! I have to catch up with your videos...

@Charlottesmom Yes we are! Looking forward to what you think about Jared's latest video misadventures. He's being a very bad boy. Also looking forward to reading your Misunderstood episodes when I'm done filming this season. I REALLY can't afford to think of him as misunderstood right now and mess up my series.

Gunther & Cornelia sadly became elders before I had a change to play with them.(I played with Bachelor family because I wanted to make sure that Bella and Mortimer finds each other).
I played with Anges a bit because I felt sorry for her. My game married Anged with Christopher Steel actually. They were cute together

I backed them up to teenagers so I've had lots of time to play them. They're fun if you ever start a new game. :)
  • @CravenLestat I watched your video and I'm wondering, did I read your selfsim's wishes correctly? He's so involved in his quest to hit every building in town that he's never even bought a stove? I'm sure he's working his way up to the ultimate bachelor pad, but come on. Some appliances are simply not optional, even if it turns out they're just for show.

(Also, they're really heading into the school? On a weekday? I'm... actually, I'm not surprised at all.)

But I love the moodlets. Your ss had someone walk in on him and still managed to have a great date. Congrats on that one.

  • I've been playing in Midnight Hollow with my sim family, the Ballan's, and have them interacting with several of the families in town. I prefer playing my own families, but, there are some very interesting town families in Midnight Hollow with some interesting back stories. The Flynn family have become part of my story line, as well as the Does because of the teens in the families becoming friends. I currently have the teens who are now young adults at university.
  • I play my own sims in custom towns for legacies though I sometimes play EA towns for short stories.
My custom towns get populated very slowly over time with my sims being added and I play them as they move into town.It used to be a major issue finding affordable starter homes in the past though I recently started wworking to fix that with S3OC.
  • I tend to play my own Sims for the most part, often in empty custom worlds that I populate myself. However, when I first started out I played premade Sims a lot, especially in SV. I got to know all the families there and enjoyed pairing up the singles in varying combinations.

My favorite came to be the Crumplebottom household. Agnes has such a tragic backstory and I felt compelled to give her a nice life. Sometimes that involved resurrecting Erik Darling, reuniting them and filling that empty, unfinished nursery. Other times I would have her move on instead, often moving into another house for a fresh start. Or I’d have her move in with the Goths so she wouldn’t be alone while she got herself together. I’d eventually pair her with someone else, usually with Connor Frio. They always had at least two children, and shared reading and writing space in a very nice home library.

Another SV fave when I wanted a lot of drama was the Wan-Goddard household, lol. Hank and Pauline were always on-again/off-again, breaking up other relationships with their cheating ways and sometimes marrying and divorcing and even marrying one another again in between their flings. In one game they had twins together and then divorced after Hank got pregnant from an alien abduction.

Lucky Palms and Midnight Hollow have a lot of great premades that I like interacting with too.
