We're into week 2 of empty Moonlight Falls now and we've made quite a jump. But i'll go back to where we left off first.
Lazuli went to the abandoned and half obliterated science lab. Luckily some of the equipment worked so she started learning how to make potions and playing around with the machines.

She also met a few ghosts and has begun to make friends with them. Lazuli is constantly singed from blowing herself up at the chemistry table so she doesn't make the best impression on the ghosts at first.

She also met an alien called Yewpoo (yep, real name. don't you just love the sims) who landed outside her house one night. Well technically, she was busy making friends in the graveyard next door but saw a strange flashing light and ran to investigate. After a couple of days she managed to convince Yewpoo to move to Moonlight Falls and live with her. With that came his mastered logic skill so he will now be the one learning potions whilst Lazuli focuses on inventing and the ghosts.

Yewpoo and Lazuli are not attracted to each other, however, being good friends and knowing the world was unpopulated they decided to get together and bear the first born child of empty Moonlight Falls. I'm excited to play next time to see whether the child is fairy or alien!
