If you had CC in your game and that Sims was created with a default skin or face mask or even face and body sliders and you either removed your CC or updated you game to the newest patches, then that sim is going to turn black because either way it no longer has access to the skins, masks, or sliders that made her.
If you still had your CC, according to the creators at modthesom all skin defaults and masks have to be reapplied to sims or sims turn black that were made with these skins, masks and slider. If you removed the CC, your sims will still turn black because she was made with either a skin or face mask default or sliders that you no longer have.
