Well if you want CC in your game it has to be done that way. You can do it following EA by reading the patch notes as they gave instructions in patch 1.12.2.7.3.3
but some people were confused by that so I send them to that link where it seems explained a little clearer. It is the same, just one is easier to understand.
Lea, then I really have no clue as that is the only explainations I know of sims who suddenly turn black is usually because their default skins are missing or conflicting. I have no other ideas as I have not had this happen myself, but I saw it posted on the creators forum at modthesims. Sorry.
