Windows 11 is completely fine for most people who have supported hardware, and this laptop's hardware is definitely supported. On the off chance that you have trouble with 11, you can always clean-install 10, but it really shouldn't be an issue.
The one suggestion I have is that while you're setting up the computer, before you have any data to lose, make sure OneDrive isn't syncing your Documents folder. This can and will interfere with Sims 3, among other games. You can exclude Documents from syncing:

or just unlink OneDrive entirely. You can always adjust the settings later, but it's easier when you don't have any data to preserve.
I should say that OneDrive is an issue in both 10 and 11, on any new Windows computer.
