In the real estate business, we used to cater to a lot of Asian buyers (I worked in the business from '93-98) and one of the things that sealed a sale was whether or not a kitchen was separated.

So in the next house I design in Sims 3, I'm planning on putting in what us realtors used to call a "Chinese Kitchen". :)
