Yay - always enjoy hearing the research for answers are not in vain - although I was very unsure of that as an answer - I said to myself - what the heck - might as well mention it as that was all I had new to offer really. I was super worried it was a problem with your world and totally did not want it to be. So a big Yay to the original simmers who discovered it and shared the info so I could find it and give it to you. I am only the messenger and cannot really take credit for the knowledge though. So glad it worked and all is right with IA. As that is all that matters.
I so hate seeing someone work so hard on their worlds like all you guys do, and something is not right. Makes me ecstatic when things can be solved - I am still bumming because I never found any real solutions to Rflongs problem. But at least she has it somewhat behaving now.
Anyway - glad it is all fixed and I look forward to seeing both DM's and your worlds.
Rukaya - yes I play Quailhogs worlds all the time - I especially love all the updates he has done to Stoneshields - especially seeing when it first came out with all it's city type way I was none to pleased - but I like his style of décor, buildings, and his wonderful sims enough to use his worlds anyway - I just avoid the city most of the time and use the lots as far away from it as possible - but he added the fishing shanties and docks and such plus updated it otherwise as well and rebuilt some areas - so it is a dark - but yet fun place to be and the absolute best place to enjoy some witches and such. I also enjoy dropping into some of his other sims houses and playing them all a few days as he often has characters with traits I never use - so I can still get the feel of those kind of sims without ever having to make any with those traits myself. I sometimes try and steer them deeper into their dark way - and where I can add a heir to their household just to always keep the household in the name of the family.
In most worlds with boats and such I play for the fun side of boats and diving - but in Stoneshield the boats are fishing dingies I use like the row boat in the swampy area where the sims I am playing live. I am sort of testing the world to make sure his changes all work - but he is pretty thorough and so far I have not seen any problems - seeing I have played just about every version of this world - it took no time to check the additions. But his world I rarely play any of my own characters - I play just his.
