Ouch! I cannot imagine that much of a loss in simpoints seeing I rarely ever have that much in simpoints. I am still trying to hang onto my measly 2300 points I have had since my birthday back in May. Of course it probably won't be enough for this set. So we both may be sitting here tomorrow night wishing we had it. I think I would find the link to you CS contact and ask them what's going on if I was you though. I get aggressive and bother them every day when I just was missing the two stairs to BB until they gave up and gave it to me. I am like that - hehehe. But it might be one of those - out if sight - out of mind things. Let them know you were not giving up and wanted your points back.

But yes this is a wonderful set for sure, and if I can't get it now - it will definitely remain on my radar. Guess I will see tomorrow.
