Hi everybody.
RJ first off pain is the body's way of telling us that something is wrong and needs to be checked out. I don't like going to the doctor either but as a retired RN I know there are times when I have to bite the bullet and go.
Reggie I understand your pain I have encapsulated tendonitis in my shoulders, bursitis in my hips and arthritis in a lot of joints, plus the tendency to get long lasting headaches, so I understand. Lately I have been having to deal with some of these issues so haven't been playing. that is interesting about what you think might be the problem with IA. I was beginning to think it was my computer.
Tangie just a suggestion but I had to lose some weight too to feel better and had tried everything and my daughter told me her friend had success with the updated version of the Atkins diet called "A New Atkins
for A New You" and it worked. I lost what I needed to lose, it was easy, and I have kept it off for almost a year and a half. Losing also helped the pain in my knees and hips joints. :D Because of my age I really have to watch the carbs, because I gain weight very easily. Advise: the Atkins bars are tasty but because they do have Alcohol sugars in them {the manitol ect] they can give you gas and frequent visits to the bathroom if you over endulge in them. I enjoy one once in a while for the chocolate. Their shakes are tasty and don't have that problem. :D
Pyischen I dl'd your beta for bohemian village and will try to get some playtime in.
DD congrats on your new computer. Mike the computer tech friend told me the last time he checked out my computer that it should last another 2 to 3 years. I hope anyway.
Tammyjo I am sorry your world does still have that annoying stutter.
Well of course it had to happen we just got our cars paid off and are looking forward to our trip later on this Fall, I notice the giant oaks We already know that there is no way that the absentee landlord is going to help us pay for this, as there was no help from them the last time we had it done. Last time it cost us about $3000 dollars as the trees had been badly neglected for years before we bought the house. They are a protected species and are a Heritage tree in the Valley. We are getting estimates From the Tree surgeon we used before and another one a friend told my husband about. Since they are protected the people who take care of them have to be licensed to trim these trees [also bonded and insured as they are 80 feet high. It is fascinating and a little scary watching the team of arborists in their harnesses swinging around trimming these trees, but I sure am unhappy about having to put out all that money. The expert advised us to set a priority to do one tree now and should do another next to it if we can afford to do the second tree because they need it badly and their branches extend over our house. I totally agree on that one. It all depends on how much it will cost. We don't have a lot of money to spare, but if even one branch collapsed on our house it would crush our house. the branches are that big. It is against the law to cut these trees down unless they are deseased but one of the neighbors did some years back and did he get is trouble. He just didn't like raking leaves. we were very sad about that because these trees are beautiful and over 200 years old.
Well I hope you all will have a good day and feel better and take care. Hugs. Hve to go move some hoses and then check out Pischen's world.
