Tangie I would advise you that if you do decide to do that diet get the book from the library or from Amazon as there are a lot of tips menues etc for each stage as well as what you can eat at restaurants and how to maintain once you reach your goal. I find the book still helpful while maintaining. Make sure you get the right book as this is the latest one and full of good info. I just have to really watch the carbs. My doctor and rheumotologist are very happy with me as my lab work is all normal and my joints feel better. I love the builds you are making for the gatsby world and for Beach City.
I am glad that my hubby decided to go with the tree surgery company that we have been using since 2005 when we first had to have all our trees including those that aren't our but hang over our yard trimmed. They are really very good and really care about the health as well as the appearance of the trees. We are going to have the 2 trees that really need maintenence taken care of. My hubby's boss and probably my daughter are both going to want the wood. Oak is a popular wood for fire place burning. The other guy was too cheap and was using a very large crew and said he could do everything in one day and would cut the trees really far back. You might say so what. Well that means he is probably not paying his crew fair wages which means they are probably illegals so he is taking advantage of them. You are only supposed to take about 20 to 25 % off in one cutting or the tree does not do well. We are ultimately responsible for the health of these trees even tho they are not ours and if they failed we would be sued by the owners and fined big time by the city. It takes at least 2 days to trim huge trees and then clean up after wards. For just our very large chinese elm it took them a day. they check everything and make sure they get all the dead wood and branches damaged by birds and squirrels.
Now on topic I am going to take a break from testing and start making some families for Aminovas Gatsby world. I have been giving them a lot of thought and want to create sims for a while. I have been making notes on them and really need to do some creating. :D
