World makeovers/updates for EP worlds?

I very much like my worlds to have stuff from all EPs included so I can just choose whatever world I feel like without worrying about missing out on stuff. The thing is, I don't like editing worlds myself at all so I've been looking for updated versions of the EP worlds but I haven't had much luck.
What I'm specifically looking for is the worlds where the town still has the original townies and the same feel, but is also added onto to include other EPs.
I hope what I'm looking for is clear, because I feel like that made no sense but I can't find a better way to word it :D Anyways, looking forward to seeing your recommendations!
